Thanks to journalist Rachel Ellis, patient Mary Saunders and Dr Pete Taylor for this excellent in depth article in the Daily Mail - featuring the ongoing issues with access to T3, which some patients are still experiencing, despite NHS England guidance that it should be available to those who require it. Our director, Lorraine, is also quoted. The clarified guidance should be finalised soon and ought to make a big difference.

Elaine Smith MSP speaks out for thyroid patients
2nd December 2018, ahead of the latest debate on treatment for thyroid disorders in the Scottish Parliament, The Scottish Sunday Post reported MSP: thyroid patients are taking their own lives due to treatment failures.
